developing high performing global leaders
A leader`s mandate is to deliver, at a lower cost, more effectively and with better quality. To stay ahead he needs to ensure that the organization is an attractive employer recruiting and retaining the right talent. The need for continual growth requires expansion into new markets. The changes are constant, the pace is fast and sustainable success requires the buy- in of the organization.
However, organizations are finding that what defines successful leadership in a home market does not guarantee success internationally. There are four key elements in the process of developing high performing global leaders:
- executive feed-forward analyzing leadership impact and intercultural communication styles
- the ability to read, understand and adapt to the human systems the leader is part of
- understanding and respecting for intercultural programming, and a tool set to apply it
- exploring and understanding intended and actual impact in various international settings
